Gizzu and Gezzu

Gizzo and Gezzu are two curious, mischievous, and whimsical aliens from the distant planet Tapalatu who have come to Earth to learn as much as possible about humans and life on Earth. Their mission is to gather as much information as possible and write a chapter about Earth that will be part of a grand encyclopedia and guide to the galaxy. On this quest for knowledge, they are helped by Matej (10) and Petra (5), a brother and sister who live on a small rural farm with their immediate family: their mother Nada, father Tomislav, grandmother Marica, grandfather Zvonko, and dog Flekica.

In each episode, they answer questions such as: Why do people sleep? Is thunder dangerous? Why don't ships sink? Why do people celebrate New Year's? How do day and night occur? Why do people laugh?
