Mila and Dina have ninety minutes to themselves – exactly the length of a football match that occupies the men in their lives.

Each of them keeps her own secret and respects the other's without judgment. Mila finds space for herself and relief from everyday life in the apartment of another man with whom she maintains a non-sexual ritual, while Dina cleans Mila's apartment. Dina is a victim of domestic violence who finds escape and safety in Mila's apartment. Champions League is a film about two women who find peace, mutual support, and complete understanding without a single spoken word.
