Who's singing?

Forty years after surviving a Yugoslav women's prison, two political prisoners reunite in Pristina, recalling the day their loved one was taken away for singing. As young political prisoners, women in the Yugoslav prison found ways to communicate with each other through secret messages, rhythmic tapping, and whispers despite the brutal conditions. Today, forty years later, Sadije and Ganimete meet again in a park in Pristina, Kosovo, in the same spirit of solidarity, remembering the day Aferdita was violently taken from them for singing about freedom.
